Hours: Full-Time
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Bolton area, who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a positive impact as pupils transition into Key Stage 2.
You will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. The ideal candidate will be confident teaching the lower KS2 curriculum and passionate about creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
*Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
*Provide targeted support and stretch for pupils of all abilities
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff, including SEN specialists and subject leads
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
*Build strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Careers Teacher
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)
*Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations
*Strong classroom management and organisational skills
*Ability to deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
