The role
As a Private Client Solicitor in Aberdeen, you will manage your own caseload covering wills, Powers of Attorney, succession planning, inheritance tax matters and executry administration.

You will draft and review legal documentation and provide clear, client-focused advice on a wide range of issues. The role includes close client interaction alongside the opportunity to support and mentor more junior members of the team.
About you
This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:
*Has solid experience in private client work
*Is confident managing their own caseload independently
*Has experience advising on wills, executries and Powers of Attorney
*Has attention to detail and organisational skills
*Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
*May hold or be working towards STEP qualification (desirable)
