What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying applicants
*Matching prospective purchasers with suitable properties
*Conducting accompanied property viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Assisting with sales progression through to completion
*Identifying and generating new business opportunities for the branch
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Minimum of 1 year’s recent residential estate agency experience
*Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Confident in building rapport with clients and applicants
*Motivated, target-driven and proactive mindset
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
*Positive team player with a strong work ethic
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
