Full job descriptionMorgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Operative to join a large and well-established maintenance organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with previous stores or warehouse experience and a valid forklift truck licence.




Key Responsibilities:

*Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
*Picking, packing and issuing stock items
*Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
*Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, organised and safe
*Assisting with general warehouse and stores duties as required



Requirements:

*Valid Forklift licence
*Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment
*Good understanding of stock control procedures
*Ability to work accurately and efficiently
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good communication and teamwork skills
