Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you’ll lead strategic business development initiatives that drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market profile.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and develop a Business Development team
*Manage business planning and BD budgets
*Support pitches, proposals and client targeting activity
*Deliver campaigns, events and profile-raising initiatives
*Coordinate communications, PR, directories and awards submissions
About You
*Proven business development and marketing experience within professional services
*Strong experience supporting practice groups, pitches and campaigns
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Commercially minded, analytical and highly organised
*Able to translate strategy into effective, results-driven activity
