Hays Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools in the Rugby area on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles within welcoming and supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
*Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils
*Assisting children with varying needs, including SEN (where applicable)
*Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
*Supporting classroom management and behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
*A nurturing and patient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Flexibility and adaptability
*A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
