Your Day-to-Day Impact:*Ignite Curiosity: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, creative, and age-appropriate EYFS lessons.

*Create Magic Spaces: Help design an inclusive, exciting, and safe classroom where children feel confident to explore.
*Track the Journeys: Observe children’s progress and collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to ensure no child is left behind.
*Build Lifelong Skills: Nurture the social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
What We Are Looking For:*Qualifications: A Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
*Experience: Proven experience working with young children within an EYFS setting.
*Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development phases.
*Traits: Excellent communication skills, a patient and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education.
