Full job descriptionRobert Half is recruiting an Interim CFO for an initial 6-month period. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate at pace in a complex, international environment.
* Day rate: £800 (Outside IR35)
* Location: Warrington (3 days per week in office)
* Duration: 6 months (initial)
* Start date: Immediate
Our client is a multinational organisation operating within the business services sector. Due to a period of transition, the business requires an experienced Interim CFO to provide leadership, operational oversight and strategic guidance across its finance function.
This is a hands-on Interim CFO role reporting to the Global CFO, with a dotted line to the regional Managing Director.
Key areas of focus:
*Provide immediate leadership and stability to the finance function
*Oversee a team of 25 finance staff across the UK and EMEA (c.50% based in Warrington)
*Support the senior leadership team with operational and commercial insight
*Ensure the effective running of financial & statutory reporting, FP&A, Management Accounts, cash collection & AP
*Assess & define the future-state finance function
YOU:
*Strong experience operating at CFO / senior FD level
*A track record within international / multi-entity organisations
*Experience reporting into a US-owned business
*A hands-on, operational approach with the ability to lead and stabilise teams quickly
*Exposure to high-volume / data-driven environments
