Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid working, with weekly presence in Grantham one day a week
Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? This is an opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking legal team where you’ll gain exposure to high-quality work, build client relationships and play a meaningful role in the team’s continued success.
In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload across a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work. You’ll be involved in transactions from instruction through to completion, while also supporting colleagues and contributing to business development and client growth.
You’ll have the autonomy to work independently, alongside the support of a collaborative team, all within an environment that encourages progression and long-term development.
About You
You are a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property, ideally with some exposure to residential conveyancing. You’re confident managing your own caseload, delivering high standards of client care and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
You’re commercially aware, organised and motivated to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious team. You’ll also be based in the East Midlands and able to attend the Grantham office weekly.
