Have you been a People vehicle driver in the past and have some sales experience?
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a knack for B2C sales, ideally from an insurance or logistics or have been a bus driver for example or even car rental background ideally but not essential, to spearhead the expansion in the logistics and passenger vehicle sectors. Selling Affordable, member-focused protection and savings products providing financial support during illness and everyday healthcare needs.
All profits are reinvested in the company
Day-to-day of the role:
*Recruit and support members, ensuring they receive optimal cover and service.
*Achieve sales targets by adopting a sustainable and needs-based selling approach.
*Explore and seize new business opportunities across West London and beyond.
*Act as a professional ambassador for our brand, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the Insurance, car rental, logistics, or passenger vehicle industries.
*Training provided on this niche brand
*Strong ability to meet sales targets and expand customer base
*Able to structure and plan daily and weekly
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Must be happy with early starts and early finishes
*A car driver
