Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in finance, with full training provided and future study support (AAT) available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Managing invoice approvals and ensuring timely authorisation
*Performing supplier statement reconciliations
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
About You
*A keen interest in finance or accounting, with a desire to build a long-term career in this field
*Good IT skills
*Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability
*Well organised with a proactive approach to work
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
