My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who are currently seeking a Scrum Master with Active Security Clearance (SC). You’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and optimising workflow management for a major, high-profile end client.
Key Experience:
*Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
*Active Security Clearance (SC)
*Strong, hands-on expertise with Jira Software (Epics, boards, workflows, reporting)
*Understanding of secure or deployed environments, including air-gapped or restricted networks
*Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
*Proven ability to manage delivery in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have:
*Experience working across large-scale client programmes
*Familiarity with government digital standards or delivery frameworks
*Exposure to integrating legacy systems and modern cloud-native platforms (e.g. AWS)
*Understanding of DevSecOps practices within secure environments
*Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
