What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status
*Recent experience teaching in Key Stage One, ideally Year 2
*Confident behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
*Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations
*Ability to plan engaging lessons that support a range of learners
*Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
*Reliability, organisation and a commitment to creating a calm, purposeful classroom
