An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join a highly respected Dispute Resolution team based in the Mole Valley area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:
*Landlord and tenant disputes
*Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
*A mix of commercial and residential property litigation matters
You will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
*Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
*Ideally bring an existing client following but not essential
*Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
