Fife | 3-6 Month Contract | Competitive Salary


Our client, a respected housing organisation in Fife, is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for a few months.


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service, including tenancy management, estate management, allocations, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour casework, tenant engagement, and partnership working.


Key Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a housing management role.
*Strong knowledge of Scottish housing legislation and social housing practices.
*Experience managing tenancy issues, arrears, allocations and ASB cases.
*Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
*CIH qualification (or working towards) preferred.
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
