Full job descriptionAre you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants with experience supporting pupils within KS1 and KS2?
We are working with an OUTSTANDING rated school who are seeking to appoint numerous Teaching Assistants on a long term basis.
The school is looking for a caring and resilient individuals to join their team and make a real difference to students’ lives on a full time basis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:*Supporting pupils in all aspects of their learning and development.
*Using communication aids and sensory resources to engage and motivate pupils.
*Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver individualised education and care plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:*Previous professional experience supporting children or young people
*Understanding of safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
*A patient, positive, and compassionate approach.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*Have a Enhanced Child DBS or willing to obtain.
