This supportive, collegiate Private Client department is keen to hire a Legal Secretary or experienced Legal Administrator to be a key part of the team in its London office.
In this role you’ll be undertaking a range of secretarial and administrative tasks including:-
*Acting as the first point of contact for clients
*Diary management
*Opening & closing files
*Dealing with client correspondence
*Document management
The role will suit you if you are a Legal Assistant with: -
*A year or more of experience in a similar role
*Experience of working in a law firm
*An interest in private client work
*A team focused attitude
*Good interpersonal and communication skills
You won’t need a law degree, just the right experience and a positive attitude.
