Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic | OTE £39,000
Location: Crewe
Richard Abson Group are working with a well-established dealership in Crewe to recruit an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.

The service department is well supported by an experienced team of Technicians and Service Advisors, creating a productive and collaborative working environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
The RoleAs a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will:
*Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
*Manage customer enquiries and provide advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
*Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
*Promote and sell service plans, maintenance packages, and additional aftersales products.
*Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
About You*Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role (main dealer experience preferred).
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Commercially aware with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
*Experience using Kerridge and 1Link systems would be advantageous.
*Organised, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits*Up to £32,000 basic salary.
*Uncapped bonus structure (hours sold, upsell performance, and service plan sales) – realistic OTE of £39,000.
*Monday to Friday on a rota basis:
*8:00am – 5:00pm
*8:30am – 5:30pm
*9:00am – 6:00pm
*1 in 4 Saturday mornings: 8:30am – 12:30pm.
*Ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
