We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students across primary and secondary schools in Richmond.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting pupils in lessons
*Delivering intervention programmes
*Assisting students with additional learning needs
*Encouraging confidence and independence
We are looking for:
*Previous school or childcare experience
*Strong communication skills
*Positive and proactive attitude
*Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
