An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Brighton.
This position would suit a Commercial Property Lawyer who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team, offering exposure to high-quality work and clear long-term progression opportunities.
The role will involve handling a varied commercial property caseload with appropriate supervision. This will include drafting and negotiating commercial leases, acting on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, dealing with refinancing and secured lending matters, and undertaking commercial property work connected to development projects.
The firm is keen to hear from qualified Commercial Property Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have experience in commercial property matters and who enjoy delivering a high standard of client service.
