Full job descriptionA leading FinTech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of connected banking, working closely with banks and businesses to deliver innovative payment solutions within a cloud-based ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
*Gather, analyse and document business, user, operational and regulatory requirements.
*Translate product goals into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
*Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
*Define system behaviours, integrations, APIs and data flows.
*Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support high-profile client engagements.
*Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable in a regulated environment.
Key Requirements
*Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a software, fintech or financial services environment.
*Strong experience delivering payments-related solutions, including domestic and cross-border payments.
*Solid understanding of FX (foreign exchange) processes, payment flows and treasury/banking operations.
*Experience gathering and documenting complex business and regulatory requirements.
*Ability to work across both discovery and delivery phases of digital product development.
*Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
*Experience with user stories, process mapping, system integrations and API-driven platforms.
