Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Manager to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
*Oversee all financial accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
*Produce timely and accurate financial statements, management accounts.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., UK GAAP, IFRS).
*Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial records.
*Manage cash flow planning and ensure appropriate funding levels.
*Weekly or monthly cash flow forecasts.
*Efficient management of debtors, creditors, and inventory.
*Implement effective working capital management practices.
*Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal financial controls.
*Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
*Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
*Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
*Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and clear professional development.
*Set objectives, conduct appraisals, and mentor team members.
*Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function.
Profile:
The successful, temporary Finance Manager will be qualified (Eg. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification) and have experience within an international business.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
The temporary Finance Manager role will be paying circa £350 - £400 per day, dependant on experience.
