The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and branch teams, proactively managing a pipeline of residential sales.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Progressor:
*Manage residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
*Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and branch teams to progress transactions
*Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate updates to all parties involved
*Identify and resolve issues that may delay exchanges or completions
*Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
*Deliver a professional and proactive customer experience throughout the sales journey
