Job Description:
Full job descriptionEquifind are partnering with a high-performing international real estate firm to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant exposure across the business, working closely with the Financial Controller. You will lead a growing finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, and play a key role in driving process improvements and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and board reporting
*Oversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations across the Company and Group entities
*Manage the month-end process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
*Lead and manage the group audit process
*Monitor and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital positions across international entities
*Manage quarterly funding requests across projects and client entities
*Ensure robust financial controls, processes, and procedures are implemented and maintained
*Support the development and implementation of finance strategy initiatives focused on efficiency and risk reduction
*Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
*Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
*Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team, promoting continuous professional development
*Maintain best-practice record keeping and document management standards
*Support with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required by the Finance Director and Board
Requirements
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong technical accounting capability
*Proven experience managing the month-end reporting process
*Experience working across multi-entity and/or multi-currency environments
Desirable Experience
*Background in real estate, financial services or professional services.
*Experience using NetSuite
*Experience operating within international businesses
Package Details
*£75k-£95,000, depending on experience
*5 days in office
*Available to start in the 4 weeks
