The Role
*Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
*Handle a broad mix of work including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new builds
*Work with innovative, AI-driven systems designed to make your role more efficient
*Provide a high-quality, client-focused service throughout
About You
*3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
*Comfortable with systems and keen to embrace new technology
*Client-focused with excellent communication skills
