We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to work in a range of secondary schools across East and South East London. Whether you’re seeking day-to-day flexibility or a long-term placement, we have opportunities available for an ASAP start.
The Role*Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
*Delivering pre-set lesson materials and instructions
*Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
*Managing classroom behaviour effectively
*Supporting students to stay on task throughout lessons
What We’re Looking For*Strong behaviour management skills
*Confidence leading and managing groups of young people
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach
*No teaching experience required - full support provided
