The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Westhill, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential transactions from start to finish, with regular client interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
*Acting as a main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
*Managing files independently and prioritising workload effectively
*Delivering clear and practical advice to clients
*Using case management systems to maintain efficient file progression
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
*Is qualified with up to 5 years’ PQE
*Has experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
*Has good communication and client-facing skills
*Works well independently and can prioritise their workload
*Has a good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office
*Brings a proactive and organised approach
