Full time hours on a temporary basis
*
Key Responsibilities*Managing homelessness prevention and relief cases from application through to resolution
*Conducting assessments under relevant housing legislation
*Developing Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs)
*Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support
*Working with landlords, support agencies, and external partners to secure accommodation solutions
*Assessing vulnerability, safeguarding, and support needs
*Making decisions in line with homelessness legislation and council policies
*Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with statutory duties
*Supporting customers to access temporary or long-term accommodation
