Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities*Managing a complex caseload and resolving tenancy and neighbourhood issues
*Investigating and responding to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
*Supporting customers with tenancy-related matters and safeguarding concerns
*Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
*Working collaboratively with residents, contractors, local authorities, and partner agencies
*Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
*Delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for residents
*Identifying opportunities to improve neighbourhoods and community safety
