HR Advisor | 3 Month FTC | Hybrid - Stockport
I am looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy People Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Employee Relations experience who enjoys partnering with managers, providing practical HR advice and supporting a fast-paced business environment.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers across the full employee lifecycle, offering guidance on a range of HR matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working and absence management cases. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the wider People Team, you’ll help ensure people processes are delivered effectively and in line with employment law, company policies and best practice.
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level
*Strong Employee Relations knowledge and case management experience
*Up-to-date employment law knowledge
*Confident stakeholder management and coaching skills
*CIPD qualified or equivalent practical experience
*Strong communication and written skills
*Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
The role:
*3-month fixed-term contract
*Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the Stockport office
*Full-time, 35 hours per week
*ASAP start
