The Role
An established Essex law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Chelmsford office.
You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*General residential conveyancing matters
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own files while working closely with a supportive team of experienced property professionals.
About You
To be considered, you’ll ideally be:
*A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
*Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
*Client-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised, proactive and commercially minded
*Comfortable working within a full-time office-based environment
*Interested in networking and business development opportunities
