Location: Brighton / Hove, East Sussex (Hybrid Working)
Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity
A respected and growing law firm in Brighton / Hove, East Sussex is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a solicitor with up to 4 years’ PQE to develop their career within a modern, forward-thinking practice offering high-quality contentious property work and long-term progression.
The Role
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad and varied caseload of property-related disputes, including:
*Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
*Possession claims
*Lease disputes and interpretation issues
*Boundary disputes
*Easements and rights of way
*Breaches of covenant
*General property litigation matters
You will have a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced team and will be encouraged to build trusted relationships with landlords, property owners, investors and corporate clients.

Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*Experience in property litigation / property disputes
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Confident managing matters independently with supervision
*Commercial, client-focused and proactive mindset
*Strong organisation and file management skills
*Comfortable using modern case-management systems
