Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm in their Oxford office.
This role is split between family & matrimonial, Corporate, and commercial.
Supporting a well-established and high-performing team, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It’s an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to play a key role in a respected and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
*Expertly managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders
*Providing high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including Legal Counsel
*Coordinating and delivering well-prepared executive meetings, handling logistics, venues, and producing polished agendas and presentations
*Supporting executive reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
*Organising international and domestic travel, creating detailed, well-structured itineraries and managing all logistics
*Delivering a consistently high standard of professional secretarial support, including the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information
*Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach
The successful candidate will bring proven, high-level experience in a EA role within a fast-paced professional services environment. You will also demonstrate exceptional organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to thrive in a demanding, deadline-driven setting, consistently delivering work to an outstanding standard.
