What You’ll Do
*Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and operational excellence
*Coach, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong performance and standout service
*Lead the floor, setting the tone for energy, standards and customer experience
*Help analyse sales results and support action plans to improve performance
*Deliver confident product storytelling and brand led customer journeys
*Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards in line with Ray-Ban guidelines
*Step up as a role model for behaviours, values and ways of working
About You
*Experience in retail, ideally in a keyholder, supervisor or team lead role
*Passion for coaching, developing and supporting others
*Confident communicator with a positive, can do mindset
*Commercially aware and customer focused
*Organised, dependable and ready to take on more responsibility
*Interested in progressing your career in retail leadership
