Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator - SouthendPay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time
Are you a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills? Our client in Southend is looking for a Call Centre / Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.
What you’ll be doing:
*Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
*Assisting customers with queries and providing accurate information
*Updating and maintaining records on internal systems
*Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
*Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Good IT skills and attention to detail
*A positive, team-focused attitude
