The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Create a calm, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
*Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND
*Use assessment effectively to track progress and raise attainment
*Promote a love of reading, writing and communication
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student success

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
*Holds QTS (or equivalent)
*Has experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3–KS4)
*Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities
*Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
*Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
*Is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives
