Our prestigious law-firm client in the heart of the City is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, confident, and eager to support a busy marketing function.
Key Responsibilities*Assist with drafting and formatting documents.
*Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage meeting logistics.
*Assist with event preparation, including materials, name badges, and on-site client greeting.
*Help produce the monthly newsletter and maintain contact lists.
*Coordinate diaries, book meetings, and manage room bookings.
*Conduct venue research and support internal events.
*Assist with LinkedIn social media posts and maintain intranet resources.
*Provide general support to the Head of Marketing & BD and wider team.
What We’re Looking For*Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
*Confident verbal and written communication.
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
*Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
*GCSE Maths & English (A-C).
