I’m working with a leading specialist disputes firm seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team on a part-time basis.
This is a rare opportunity to handle exclusively high-quality, complex contentious probate work within a firm recognised nationally for its expertise in trusts and estates disputes. You’ll advise on a broad range of matters, including inheritance claims, will disputes, trust litigation and executor disputes, working alongside some of the leading specialists in the field.
