Academics is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to support children’s learning and growth. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom experience for all pupils.
Key Details:
*Teaching Assistant

*Primary School
*£90-£105 per day (Depending on experience)
*Gloucester
*Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
*Term Time Only
*Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
*Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
*Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.
*Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed.
What Academics are Looking For:
*A passion for education and working with children.
*Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to learning.
*An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
