*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
*Contribute to the continued development of the Design & Technology department.
*Support students in achieving their full academic and personal potential.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Has experience teaching Design & Technology within a secondary school setting.
*Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for practical learning.
*Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Is committed to raising standards and delivering outstanding outcomes for students.
*Works collaboratively as part of a supportive school team.
