Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated, full-time Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Liskeard, Bodmin, Wadebridge and surrounding areas.
About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support pupils on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday), helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Your role may include:
*Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons
*Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
*Assisting children with additional needs (including SEND)
*Helping to manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom culture
*Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development
What we’re looking for:*Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
*A patient, caring, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
*A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
(Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential—attitude and enthusiasm are key!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
