KS2 Class Teacher Required – ReadingTeaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Reading that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team.

The RoleThe successful candidate will:
*Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
*Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
*Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
*Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
*Foster positive behaviour and strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
*Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider teaching team to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or successful teaching placements within KS2.
*Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
*High expectations for pupil attainment and behaviour.
*Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
*A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
*The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
