Role: Finance Manager
Start Date: ASAP! (but happy to wait out a notice period)
Salary: £50-55k


3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Finance Manager for an excellent Manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes!
Our client is a very well & ever expanding Manufacturing business who have a global customer base. Suitable candidates will be formally qualified OR have QBE with relevant experience.
This role will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, leading a small and capable finance team while reporting directly to the Finance Director. The business offers a supportive, friendly and collaborative culture, with approachable leaders across all departments, creating a genuinely positive working environment for the successful candidate!


Duties Will Include
*Lead day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting
*Produce monthly management accounts and maintain strong balance sheet controls
*Oversee ledgers, bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasting
*Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
*Manage VAT returns and assist with audit preparation
*Improve processes, controls and finance systems
*Provide clear financial insight to support business decisions
*Lead and develop a small finance team
