Hays Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Manchester. We are working in partnership with several schools offering a variety of opportunities to suit your experience, skills and career ambitions.
About the roles
We have multiple positions available, including:
*1:1 Support Roles - supporting students with additional needs
*Full Classroom Support - assisting teachers across a range of subjects
*Small Group Intervention - helping pupils achieve their learning goals
*Behaviour Support Roles - working closely with students to promote positive engagement and learning behaviours
These roles are available on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis, providing flexibility whether you’re looking for consistent work or varied experience across different schools.
What we are looking for
We welcome applications from candidates who:
*Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
*Are passionate about supporting student learning and development
*Are adaptable, proactive and able to build positive relationships
*Have strong communication and teamwork skills
