In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Room Leader in delivering the highest standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You’ll also take the lead when needed—providing mentorship, guidance, and day-to-day direction to practitioners, all while building strong relationships with families and helping every child thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Engaging Activities: Support the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
*Team Motivation: Inspire and support the team to maintain exceptional standards of care and education.
*Child Development: Observe, assess, and contribute to tracking children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
*Parent Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with parents and carers through effective communication and regular developmental updates.
*Safety First: Promote a secure and well-managed environment through consistent application of safeguarding and health & safety policies.
*Mentoring: Provide professional guidance and on-the-job mentoring to help team members grow and develop.
