Full job descriptionConstruction Projects Administrator. 35k Bromley, Kent
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Projects Administrator to support our Construction Development Director and wider team with a variety of construction project.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish through inception, planning, procurement, tendering and completion.
· Salary – Up to £35,000 per annum
· Hours: 9-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
· Based at our Support Office in Bromley, Kent.
Main Responsibilities of the Projects Administrator
· Ensure project activities are well organised, compliant and delivered to set timescales whilst ensuring efficient communication with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
· Ordering materials, processing invoices, tracking purchase orders, and monitoring project expenses.
· Use of project management software to record progress against schedule and monitor budgets/spend.
· Organise meetings and prepare agendas
· Take minutes of meetings as required and ensure follow up actions are distributed.
· Diary management.
· Typing correspondence, emails and reports
· Support with research on new development opportunities as/when identified
· Update and maintain records
· Store up to date project documentation, drawings and approvals appropriately
· Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth procurement and mobilisation.
About you
· Previous experience in a construction or property related role (desirable but not essential).
· Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player who can also work independently.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
