A growing and dynamic healthcare products distributor is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to join its friendly and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced small business environment where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact.
Key responsibilities:
*Conduct product and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
*Create and optimise product listings (SEO, images, descriptions, and A+ content)
*Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment planning, and coordinate FBA shipments
*Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
*Manage product listings, content, and collections on the company website
*Optimise the customer journey to drive conversions and improve user experience
*Coordinate promotions, discount codes, and marketing campaigns
*Monitor website analytics and ensure smooth order processing and customer communication
Requirements:
*Proven experience in Amazon FBA/FBM administration.
*Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC.
*Familiarity with research tools such as Helium10 and Google Analytics.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
*Graphic design or content creation skills are a bonus.
*Experience in launching products or scaling e-commerce brands is advantageous.
