Key Responsibilities
You will handle a broad and varied caseload of private family matters, including:
*Divorce proceedings and financial settlements
*Private children matters
*Cohabitation agreements and disputes
*TOLATA claims
*Protective injunction applications
*Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial arrangements
About You
*Proven experience managing a diverse caseload in family law
*Strong background in divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
*Confident working independently while contributing to a wider team
*Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
*Motivated to play a role in the continued growth of the department
