Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday early finish

The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the stores function. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive efficiencies, implement change, and develop a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading both people and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse/stores department
*Support ongoing improvement projects, including systems and process enhancements
*Drive operational efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives
*Ensure stock accuracy, including leading annual stock counts and investigating variances
*Monitor and control operational costs such as transport and packaging
*Set and deliver KPIs aligned to business objectives
*Lead, train and develop the warehouse team
*Implement and maintain procedures, ensuring compliance
*Report on performance and progress to senior management
About You
*Proven experience managing a warehouse or operations team
*Strong focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
*Strong organisational and project management skills
*Hands-on leadership style with the ability to deliver projects
*Proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
*Stable career background with a track record of delivering improvements
