Full job descriptionReed Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing retail business based in Preston who are now seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to take ownership of their Preston store, leading the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key duties include:
*Driving sales performance and implementing company initiatives
*Managing day-to-day store operations including stock control and merchandising
*Analysing store data and providing insights to support business strategy
*Maintaining a well-presented and organised store environment
*Managing rotas, cash handling, and operational procedures
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
*Previous experience within a retail management role
*Strong leadership and team development skills
*A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
*Outstanding customer service and communication skills
*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits
*£25,826 per annum
*35 hours per week and will include working Saturdays
